How Outpace works
The concept
Outpace turns your sales work into a competitive game. Every call you make, every proposal you send, every deal you close earns you points. Points put you on the leaderboard against your teammates. A new season resets the board and gives everyone a fresh start.
Activity types & points
Outreach
Any first contact — cold email, LinkedIn DM, intro call booked. +1 pt
Call
A live discovery or follow-up call with a prospect. +3 pts
Meeting
A scheduled meeting, demo, or presentation. +5 pts
Proposal
A formal offer, quote, or proposal sent to a prospect. +8 pts
Deal closed
A signed contract. Points = CHF value ÷ 100. A CHF 5,000 deal = 50 pts. The bigger the deal, the more you earn.
Deal tiers — what do they mean?
T1
Small — Deals under ~CHF 1,000. Freelance gigs, small retainers, one-off projects.
T2
Medium — CHF 1,000–5,000. Regular clients, monthly retainers, mid-size projects.
T3
Large — CHF 5,000–20,000. Significant projects, long-term contracts.
T4
Enterprise — CHF 20,000+. Major accounts, large retainers, strategic partnerships.
Lead pipeline status
Warm
Active — Currently in conversation. You're working this lead.
Hot
Won — Deal closed! Contract signed or payment received.
Cold
Stalled / Lost — Gone quiet, or the prospect passed. You can still reactivate later.
Seasons
A season is a fixed period (usually a quarter). When the season ends, the leaderboard resets for a fresh competition. Your leads and activities stay in the history — but points are counted per season. The season goal is CHF 25,000 closed revenue.
Streaks
Log at least one activity every day to build a streak. A streak shows consecutive calendar days with activity. Miss a day and it resets to zero. Streaks appear on the leaderboard next to your name — it's a sign of consistency.
Privacy model
Your lead details (client names, contact info, notes, deal values) are completely private — only you see them. The leaderboard shows only your aggregated stats: total points, deal count, CHF closed, and streak. No one can see who your clients are.

Your stats, Zoho email sync setting, and your personal webhook URL for n8n automation.
Webhook & automation
Each user has a unique webhook URL (visible on the Profile page). You can call it from n8n, Zoho, or any automation tool to log activities automatically — no manual entry needed. It supports deduplication via external_id so re-running a workflow never creates duplicates.
